Synopsis:

In the rural Mexican town of Las Nubes, an anonymous rancher recounts the how his memory started failing years ago since he stopped wearing a watch. He stopped tracking time and he forgot about it. The past does not matter much anymore for him except when he remembers his daughter who had to flee to the US six years ago. She was escaping the harassment of a sicario (cartel hitman). Violence is felt through the precision in which he recalls the fear they felt.
